Lea- Hutaff Island is a four-mile uninhabited island located between Figure Eight and Topsail Island where you can find beautiful sand bars, pristine blue-green water, and an abundance of wildlife.  Lea-Hutaff is an important sanctuary for wildlife with more than 4,000 acres of tidal marsh and creeks that serve as primary nursery areas for fish, shrimp and crabs, and support thousands of birds throughout the year.
