Masonboro Island Tour

Beautiful Masonboro Island!

Board our 24ft. Carolina Skiff and come with us to see why everyone loves beautiful Masonboro Island…One of the largest undisturbed barrier islands along the southern North Carolina coastline. As we cruise the intracoastal waterway on a 15-20 minute boat ride over to the island, which is also part of the National Estuarine Research Reserve system, the captain will discuss and point out native wildlife, local history, and the diverse eco-systems surrounding the coastline.

Once you arrive on the island, you will have about an hour to explore the beach, and comb the island for shells. After exploring the island reserve you will board the boat and enjoy the scenic views as we make our way back to the dock. Bring your camera for this trip! We often see dolphins, ospreys, turtles, heron, egrets, and the occasional bald eagle. With all the beauty and wildlife, you will see why touring Masonboro Island is one of the most popular cruises in Wilmington, NC.  This is an intimate, semi-private tour with a max of 13 guests on this excursion.  (Booking will remain open until tours are full).
