Where Do We Get Picked Up?
Cancellation Policy
Making a reservation ensures your space for chosen adventure. Making a deposit and/ or paying for your excursion in full is our commitment from you that you will be participating in a scheduled adventure with us, and we hold that space for you. If you fail to show up for your scheduled excursion or cancel very close to the trip date, it is not guaranteed that we can fill the space for another group/participant.
Boating Excursions:
Full refund if cancelled 72 hours prior to scheduled excursion.
Option to reschedule if canceled prior to 48 hours of scheduled excursion.
0% refund will be given for cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled excursion. **Option to reschedule in the case of inclement weather.**
In the case of inclement weather during your excursion, a gift card will be given for compensation to be used towards another date.
Cancellation Fees for Catered Dinners, Groups, and Corporate Excursions:
A 20% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be taken at the time of booking. The deposit will be put towards another booking in the event of cancellation due to weather. In the event of inclement weather we will do our best to reschedule to another day.
Cancellations that are not weather related will be charged the total cost if cancelled within 48 hours. If cancelled before 48 hours the deposit will be put towards a future booking.
What To Bring?
- We will have a cooler with ice and waters. Bring any other desired food or beverages. Or if you wish to stop at a restaurant along the way, please let us know at the start of your charter.
- Alcoholic drinks are allowed with a valid identification. Captain reserves the right to stop the charter due to unruly behavior due to intoxication.
- Beach chairs, or rent from us.
- Sunscreen
- Floats
What's Provided On the Boat?
- An experienced captain who is certified with a USCG master captain’s license. This insures our guests that they are in the safest hands on the water.
- Cooler stocked with ice and water
- Custom built Ian Balding boards for paddle boarding and surf charters
- Bluetooth Speaker
- Child and adult size life jackets
- Ladder for water entry on boat
- Fuel is included at no extra charge
Do You Pick Up at Figure Eight Island?
Yes! We can pick up guests at Figure Eight Island. Pickups at Figure Eight are available for an additional fee. Please let us know where you’ll be staying when booking so we can coordinate the best pickup location and plan accordingly.
What Happens If There Is Bad Weather or a Storm?
Your safety always comes first! If weather conditions make it unsafe to get on the water, we will work with you to reschedule your excursion for another available date.
If inclement weather develops during your excursion, your captain will make the safest decision for the group. In the event that your trip needs to be shortened or ended due to weather, we will provide a gift card toward a future excursion. We monitor weather conditions closely and will communicate with you if weather is expected to impact your trip.
This is consistent with the current cancellation policy, which says that weather-related cancellations can be rescheduled and that a gift card is provided if inclement weather occurs during an excursion.
Do You Have an Office?
We don’t have a traditional storefront or walk-in office. Our main pickup location is the Wrightsville Beach Public Boat Ramp at 109 Causeway Drive. Most of our adventures begin from the water, so we operate primarily by reservation.

How Many Boats Do You Have?
Our current charter fleet includes three boats!
Our 24′ boats are perfect for smaller groups and can accommodate up to 13 guests, while our 27′ Epic Voyager can accommodate up to 18 guests and offers more space for larger groups.
Each boat is captained by experienced, USCG-licensed captains and are equipped for comfortable, fun days on the water.
How Many People Can I Take on the Boat?
It depends on which boat you choose!
- 24′ boat: Up to 13 guests
- 27′ Epic Voyager: Up to 18 guests
All of our private charters are designed around your group, so whether you’re planning a small family outing or a larger celebration, we can help find the right boat and experience for you.
Can We Bring Our Dog?
Yes! Well-behaved, boat-friendly dogs are welcome on private charters with a signed waiver. Please let us know when booking if you’re planning to bring your four-legged adventure buddy so we can make sure we’re prepared.
Can We Bring Alcohol on the Boat?
Yes! Guests are welcome to bring alcoholic beverages with valid identification. Please enjoy responsibly—your captain reserves the right to end the charter if unsafe or unruly behavior occurs due to intoxication.
Can We Customize Our Boat Trip?
Absolutely! That’s what we love to do. Your private charter can be customized around what your group wants to experience. Depending on your trip, you can island hop, visit sandbars, look for dolphins, swim, paddleboard, relax on the beach, or add additional amenities and activities. Tell us what you have in mind and we’ll help build your perfect day on the water.
Can We Choose Which Island We Visit?
Absolutely! Private charters give you the flexibility to customize your adventure. Depending on weather, water conditions, timing, and your group’s interests, your captain can help determine the best islands, sandbars, and destinations to visit.
We regularly explore places including Masonboro Island, Mason’s Inlet, Lea-Hutaff Island, and the surrounding Wrightsville Beach waterways.
Do you Offer Non-Private Charters?
Yes! While most of our excursions are private, we do offer select non-private experiences, such as our Lee Island Boat Tour. These are a great option for couples, solo travelers, or smaller groups who want to get out on the water without booking a private charter.

What Can I Add to my Excursion?
Make your day on the water even more memorable with a variety of add-ons and upgrades! Depending on your excursion, you can add options like, floats, beach chairs, shade, and more. We also offer unique experiences like island dinners, oyster tours, and other food and beverage options.

Do you offer fishing charters?
We are not a fishing charter, so if fishing is the main focus of your trip, we recommend booking with a fishing-specific charter company. That said, fishing is allowed on our boats! Guests are welcome to bring their own fishing rods and gear, as long as they have a valid temporary fishing license. Fishing can be a fun addition to your excursion, but it is not the primary focus of our charters.
You can obtain a temporary North Carolina Fishing License from the NC Department of Environmental Quality.
